What journal should I publish my research?

Answer

There is a variety of online tools available for you to help in deciding the right journal for your manuscript.

Some of the most recommended tools are:

Journal/Author Name Estimator (JANE)

The JANE is a journal locator for biomedical papers. When you provide time and/or abstractor, JANE will compare your manuscript with millions of documents in PubMed and make recommendations for you.

Journal Targeter (JOT)

A portal by Townsend Lab at Yale University’s School of Public Health to help authors find appropriate journals for their manuscripts. Provide title, abstract and reference for your paper and JOT will retrieve a list of matching journals for you.
