How do I find out who has cited an article?

Answer

You can find the citation of an article from various databases.

For example, in Google scholar,

Just enter the search terms , then ‘search’ for the article.
Under each article, click on the link "Cited by (number)" to retrieve a list of those who have cited the work.

In Web of Science, search for the article then click on the number that follows Times Cited
